Around the house

Ethan and I made cookies the other day. This little boy was all about making some cookies, especially with m&m's in then. He was my head baker all decked out in my apron (rolled up and folded at the waist of course). Here he is, ready to get started...Once we got all the ingredients in the bowl, Ethan was busy stirring for a while...the best part of making cookies...and for the finished product....YUMMY!!The other night after bath time, I heard this clunking sound coming from the living room. This is what I found. Ethan with my shoes on, of course on the wrong feet. He had a great time marching around.
Going for a ride with Granddaddy on the tractor. Ethan loves it when my dad is passing by on the tractor because he always stops to give him a ride. There's usually tears involved when it's time to get off and let Granddaddy get back to work.
Ethan's new love is coloring. He loves getting his craft box out that's full of coloring books, crayons, and color wonder markers (My love when Ethan's coloring b/c they don't write on anything but his color wonder books)

Our days are pretty busy while daddy's at work.
Until next time...

My sister says you are doing all the RIGHT things raising that little boy. You know she was a child specialist teacher so she can say that with (authority)love & all other good things! He gets cuter every "blog." See you Friday afternoon after you get home. Love you, Mema & Papa

Kimberly, check Joni's blog for news on MC's little baby Eli. Apparently he was born on the 28th. I went to MC's mom's blog for pictures (there's a link on the most recent post by MC).

He is such a cute little cook! Gideon and Caleb both love to help in the kitchen...I think it's great to teach them to love to cook, I know their wives will appreciate it one day!!
