So just a few weeks ago, we were getting our pop up out and all cleaned up to go camping. We decided while we were camping that we should try to sell our pop up and see if we could get an older travel trailer camper for about the same price. We just thought we could use something that might have a little more room now that Ethan's a toddler and all over the place. So after that camping trip, we came home and posted our camper on craigslist.com. 24 hours later, someone called us and said they would take it and pick it up on the weekend. That's just what they did. So the weekend after we camped, someone came and paid us about the same price we bought our camper for 5 years ago. Pretty good deal we thought...
Then the search began...we were looking for a used camper, probably older than our pop up but something with more space for about the same money that we sold the pop up. Long story short, after about 3 weeks, we came across this Jayco camper, JUST HAPPENS to be the same year, 1999 and the lady came down $1300 because she had been trying to sell if for a while. We got a camper the same year and for the same price that we sold our pop up. That my friends is a deal!!! After we cleaned it with a fine tooth comb, we took it out last weekend to Fort Yargo. We just wanted to go somewhere close by to check everything out good. Everything works and is MUCH bigger so needless to say we were proud of our new camper. Anyone want to go camping this fall???
Here are some shots from Fort Yargo. Since we were so close by, we had some friends come hang with us and cook out both nights.

Ethan and Rylan enjoying playing trucks in the gravel.

Jeremy grilling us some awesome steaks...on this tiny grill
Erin took Ethan and Rylan down to the lake to feed the ducks.

Kelly was out of town so Josh came and brought their kids, Duke and Carolina.
Fletcher in his camping bandanna...
After homemade ice cream, Ethan and Rylan hit that time of night...they needed to be contained. So, we fixed them a little drive in movie and they sat back and watched Finding Nemo.

More From Around The House...
Ethan has been going potty really good this past week. He pretty much goes when we take him. He's not quite telling us that he has to go yet, but when we remember to take him...he usually goes.Another thing we've started is a few chores for Ethan. When we unload the dishwasher, Ethan is in charge of all the silverware.
He knows how to sort it and put it in it's right slot. He loves his new job!!
Have a great week!!
